My goal is to cut through all that nonsense and just give you the straight facts. In researching the MOR Vacations business opportunity I uncovered a major flaw in the compensation plan that weakens the true earning potential and long term financial prospects of a MOR Vacations business. I also found that MOR Vacations leaders are not entirely truthful in their marketing approach, which is why youll find so many MOR Vacations complaints where people claim the theres a MOR Vacations scam. GRNs travel provider has been in business 23 years since 1986 and has corporate offices in orlando, Florida. MOR somehow tries to use the bald-faced lie as proof that while GRN has a stronger international presence with a better selection of resorts in more countries, their product is better than Global or somehow has more resorts available in the US and Mexico. First off, its not true. All you have to do is check the inventory of each company. Youll find that MOR has a great selection of resorts in the US and Mexico " and so does GRN, along with a better selection of resorts in other parts of the world. But the greater issue here is MORs integrity and how they conduct their marketing. Ive seen MOR Vacations marketing videos where they insinuate that Global doesnt actually pay their distributors, which is complete fabrication. And the thing of it is, why lie? Anyone with an ounce of sense can do a little research, make some phone calls and get the facts. So why even be dishonest in the first place? Well come back to that in a moment, but first lets take a look at the MOR Vacations product itself and see how it really compares with Global Resorts Network. Another thing they dont tell you is that MOR Vacations is essentially a knock-off of Global Resorts. The founders of MOR were all involved in GRN at one point before they decided to form a spin-off company, and the truth of the matter is this: the 2 products are nearly identical. Both are travel club membership offering exclusive resort vacations at discounts of 50%-80%. They both use third party providers who have long term relationships with over 5,000 resorts. They both offer discounts on cruises and air travel as well. In short, both MOR Vacations and Global Resorts Network offer a product/service with excellent benefits and genuine stand-alone value for consumers. No matter how you slice it, both companies are part of an 8 Trillion dollar industry and offer an exceptional product that people really want and use. MOR Vacations does have some advantages for consumers. MORs hot weeks typically go for $149, where its $298 with GRN. And the cost to join MOR is $1,998 versus $2,995 with GRN. So strictly from a consumer point of view, if you enjoy travel and youre looking to save a lot of money and stay at awesome resorts, you may want to consider MOR Vacations. But if youre looking to save a lot of money, stay at awesome resorts and build a legitimate 6-figure business online, Global Resorts is clearly head and shoulders above MOR vacations when it comes to the compensation plan and your true earning potential. Lets break it down nice and simple so you see the big picture. With MOR you earn $1,000 commission on every personal sale you make, but only $500 on your team sales. With Global Resorts you earn $1,000 commission on every personal sale you make and $1,000 on your team sales. So, lets do the math. One person on your team making 4 sales per month with MOR would earn you $24K. That same teammate with Global resorts would earn you $48,000. So ask yourself this: would you really go cheap and save a grand on the up-front cost only to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in residual income over the next couple years? When you understand the power of the GRN compensation plan VS MOR Vacations, it explains why MOR vacations would be tempted to fudge the truth and make false accusations about Global Resorts. How else can they make a case for their business? But theres no excuse for lying, and the fact that this is a central theme in all their marketing puts the spotlight squarely on the integrity of MOR Vacations, another area where the company appears to be lacking. Hopefully, youre serious about running your business online and youre in this for the long term. As you grow your business and build your team, you want to have leverage. True leverage in this industry comes from an aggressive pay plan that rewards coaching and mentorship. Thats exactly what you have with Global Resorts. The more successful your team is, the more money you personally make. Its a true win-win situation. Unfortunately, thats not the case with MOR Vacations. This is a major difference between the two business opportunities and has 3 important repercussions you need to consider. First, because your leverage is so weak with MOR, youll constantly have to rely on your own personal sales and bang out 10-15 sales per month to earn a significant income with MOR. With Global Resorts, once you get your team up and rocking, you actually get to work less and make more. The issue here is Time Freedom and Leverage. Global Resorts has it, and MOR Vacations doesnt. Second, with watered down compensation theres a higher attrition rate with MOR Vacations. When a rep makes less money hes more apt to give up or join a more lucrative business. If youre trying to build a team with MOR, youre stuck trying to fill a leaky bucket. For every new distributor you bring on, you lose two. Third, you should understand clearly that if you start a MOR Vacations business, in effect youll be competing with your sponsor for sales. Lets say theres a new prospect interested in MOR. If you make the sale you earn $1K, but your sponsor only earns $500. With Global Resorts, that element of competition is nonexistent. Your sponsor makes $1,000 either way, and in fact will encourage you to make the sale. For that reason, your sponsor in Global Resorts will take you under his/her wing and show you everything they know, all the marketing tactics and strategies that work, and happily allow you to duplicate their proven methods for success. The GRN comp plan promotes genuine mentorship and real transparency, which is not the case with MOR Vacations. The guys at MOR will hard-press you with voodoo mathematics that MOR pays out 75% versus only 66% with GRN. But any 10 year old with a calculator can figure out that 66% of $2,995 is a lot MORE than 75% of $1,998. So I guess you could say this is another example of where MOR is LESS. As a smart business owner, once youve found a good company with a solid product, you have to consider your long term earning potential as perhaps the major factor in which business is right for you. And from a strictly business point of view, with double the commissions on team sales, Global Resorts Network has an obvious advantage over MOR Vacations.
